Pamela spent two decades as a nanny and household manager for families across Manhattan and Brooklyn. She knew both sides of the table: the families anxious to find someone they could truly trust, and the gifted caregivers who deserved homes that valued them.
In 2014, she founded NY Gem Staff to do the matching herself — by hand, by heart, and by a standard she'd want for her own family. Today she's placed hundreds of caregivers, and she still personally interviews every single one.
