Meet Pamela
Ten years in New York homes — now matching yours.
For ten years, Pamela worked as a nanny and cook for New York families, making the drive in from the Bronx each morning. She got to know what families worry about most: finding help they can trust, often with very little notice.
That's why she started NY Gem Staff. She interviews every caregiver personally and makes each match by hand, holding to the same standard she'd want for her own family.
